Role
You will lead our corporate marketing and communications team, with responsibility for brand development, external marketing communications, internal employee communications, and our internal design studio that supports our business units and sales organizations. Your goal will be to position SITA as an innovative digital leader in the travel and transport industry, and to mobilize our employees around that vision. You will also work closely with our business units and sales geographies in shaping and delivering their product and customer marketing activities.

Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver SITA's marketing, brand, and communication strategy
  • Coordinate SITA’s full range of brand and marketing initiatives
  • Transform our digital channels and tools for driving customer engagement and sales
  • Advise product and customer marketing teams on how to increase their impact
  • Develop and deliver internal employee communication plans and events
  • Enhance and professionalize our internal design studio
  • Lead multiple managers and their teams to deliver strong performance, grow their engagement and satisfaction, and develop their careers

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of progression
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, branding, and communications
  • Experience with marketing and CRM technology, tools, and platforms
  • Experience with managing budgets and external providers
  • Experience with leading teams of leaders
