Led by its Founder and CEO Paula Vergara, an experienced coach herself. Having successfully raised a seed round and currently generating meaningful revenue, we are at the forefront of innovative technology at the crossroads of the coaching landscape.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Ops Manager to join our team, with the privilege of joining a funded venture in Barcelona early on. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and overseeing operational excellence, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of Mybeatcoach.com.
Professional Journey: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and operations, with a strong preference for SaaS in Human Resources. You have background in driving impactful B2B sales initiatives within corporations. Experience in management consulting can be a good substitute for SaaS sales.
Educational Credentials: Possess a degree in business, economics, or a related field. Additional qualifications, such as an MBA, will be highly regarded.
Contemporary Mindset: Demonstrate an understanding of global HR issues and a proactive approach to contribute to solutions of how human relations are dealt with in leading companies. Mybeatcoach.com values individuals committed to addressing challenges through innovative coaching techniques.
Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, develop and manage the sales pipeline, and build relationships with corporate clients. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the expansion of Mybeatcoach.com's client base. Oversee commercial operations and Customer Success.
Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality in service delivery. Collaborate with the CEO and tech team streamline operations.
Location Commitment: Permanent residence or willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
Extraordinary candidates who prefer to be based in Madrid will also be considered.

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Additional language skills, especially Catalan, will be advantageous.
