In this role you will:

  • Configure Salesforce and related applications – such as Hubspot, DealHub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator – to ensure seamless data flow and integrations.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
  • Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
  • Build reports and dashboards to assist individual team members and management in measuring progress against goals, efficacy of new initiatives, and improving performance.
  • Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience designing and customizing validation formulas, workflow rules, objects, custom object building and user/role assignments.
  • Experience with third party platforms including: Hubspot, Netsuite, DealHub, Gong, and Slack.
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce cloud paradigms, inherent risks, and appropriate deployment strategies.
  • Detailed knowledge of commonly-used Salesforce functionality and its administration.
  • Working knowledge of relational database architectures and query languages.
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more project management paradigms, such as Agile.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred.
