What you will do
- Lead project management for multiple complex projects across a diverse client base, specifically in the CCaaS/CPaaS environment.
- Engage with client stakeholders to deeply understand their business, operational processes, and how Vonage's solutions can address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Vonage to formulate detailed project plans and scopes, aligning closely with client expectations and requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including:
- In-depth requirements gathering and precise scope definition.
- Comprehensive project planning, including resource estimation, staffing, and budgeting.
- Risk assessment and change management strategies.
- Multi-Project execution, monitoring, and control.
- Project close-out and handover procedures.
- Consistent and transparent reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project phases, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely updates from kickoff through to completion.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are prioritized and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare, update, and present detailed project-related communication materials and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, reporting on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Uphold high standards of project management, ensuring adherence to Vonage's methodologies, best practices, and policies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and integrate feedback into future projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Mentor and guide junior project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SaaS and project management to continuously improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnership and satisfaction.

- Extensive experience in managing cross-departmental projects, particularly in the CCaaS/CPaaS industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitation, capable of leading diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for technical writing and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to influence and steer project assessment, planning, design, development, and implementation phases.
- Expertise in working collaboratively with external client managers and stakeholders, as well as internal business, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience in forming and leading new teams, and selecting and applying the most suitable project management methodologies for varied projects.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to decipher and solve complex technical and system challenges.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical experts and non-technical team members.
- Deep understanding of CCaaS/CPaaS technologies and how they can be leveraged to meet client needs.
- Experience in managing client expectations and building strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in cloud communications and platform services.
- A track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Capacity for strategic thinking and problem-solving, with an eye for innovation and process improvement.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
What is required for application
- Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, technology, business or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience (5+ years) in a project management position.
