Awarded as the best data protection platform in 2018, we are leading the Privacy Data Management market in Spain and started rolling out to international markets like Germany and the UK.

Our mission is clear: Simplifying personal data protection with automation. With our intuitive and visual solution, companies can manage GDPR compliance regulations without complications, reducing time and being able to securely treat large volumes of data.

We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Specialist who seeks the opportunity to head the lead acquisition strategy of a fast-growing SaaS startup. Someone who will own and execute our international paid marketing campaigns on social and search channels, grow our B2B inbound lead pipeline and increase the ROI of our paid lead acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Conceptualize, develop and own all multi-channel paid marketing initiatives: paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and paid search (google, bing) channels, including target metrics and outcomes

  • Continuously optimize ads and iterate based on results

  • Write copy for paid search and social ads (with assistance of team)

  • Collaborate with our graphic designer on testing various social ad formats and creatives for continuous optimization

  • Scale ad spend ensuring we are focusing intensely on data to avoid wasting money

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance

  • Identify and monitor channel performance and allocate resources according to ROI

  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey

  • Collaborate with the sales team to build programs that support sales enablement

  • Perform other duties as assigned (we are working in an international and cross-functional team, so at times we have to help each other out with project and translation work)

Our requirements are, that you:

  • Have a business or marketing degree

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in lead generation for a B2B company

  • Are experienced in paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn), paid search (Google) and retargeting

  • Are proficient in analytics tools

  • Have experience with custom audiences and lookalike audiences

  • Have a track record of analyzing attribution data from marketing campaigns and optimizing based on conversion rates, CPA and ROI

  • Have the ability to write exceptional copy and iterate based on testing

  • Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth

  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, engagement, and commitment to action

  • Develop trust and model open, candid, respectful and collaborative communication

  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning

  • Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customers

  • Are able to thrive in a startup environment—you move quickly, think strategically and you are a master of tactical execution

  • Are passionate about technology

  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Have the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, organising yourself in a remote working environment

  • Have a proficient level of English and Spanish

Plus points, if you also

  • Have experience working in a SaaS company 

  • Are fluent in any additional language: German, Italian, French, Swedish, etc.
