FloraQueen is seeking for our next growth director, who will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing the plans across all marketing channels as well as driving continuous improvements in the conversion funnel.



  • Envision and execution on the strategy of growing the company and its customer base

all over the world.

  • Be responsible for strategic growth initiatives by building new experiences, systems, optimizations and experiments.
  • Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle (across acquisition, engagement, retention & re-engagement), marketing technologies, promotions and more.
  • To work closely with colleagues across Business Development, Operations, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to bring your ideas to life.
  • Be the owner of the marketing budget, planning and analysis
  • Oversee the strategic planning for global campaigns and products go-to-market
  • Constantly explore new marketing channels, acquisitions strategies, and tools in order to achieve business goals and maximize efficiencies across the organization
  • Lead a high performing Growth team that is able to compete in a highly competitive landscape and is able to adjust to an ever-changing business environment.
  • Together with the CTO, you will be responsible for the analysis and web improvements/development required to achieve a high-performance eCommerce, improving key metrics such as CR & AOV, while offering a personalized experience.
  • Implement and supervise the right influencer & affiliate marketing strategy, planning, attribution model to make sure Instagram, travel blogs, and Youtube become a key acquisition channel
  • You’ll work closely to the Media Department to ensure brand strategy defined by them is aligned with the Growth strategy and they deliver the right assets to you on the right time
  • Lead the deployment of recurring pilots and tests to explore ways to continuously improve the conversion funnel
  • Act as liaison with the Product team to deliver an excellent customer journey and experience
  • Work effectively with the Risk team to ensure that the leads acquired are as close as possible to the desired profile to maximise conversion and optimise risk-return


  • 6+ years’ hands-on experience delivering successful and innovative customer-facing products Experience with B2C Product Companies Previous experience in managing teams of Product Managers.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis methods
  • Have experience and vision in integrated marketing strategy and coordination; from creative, digital, analytics, demand generation
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Engineering)
  • Analytical, pragmatic and tenacious character
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills; capable of interfacing well across multiple skills within and across the company
  • Strong experience/knowledge in Analytics
  • Good experience in Product User Experience, User Unit Economics, User Funnel, Performance Marketing, User Profiling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX, e-commerce experience is a plus
  • Customer obsession & Passion for Analytics and Data.
  • A “Driver “mindset & Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn
  • Demonstrate an ability to work effectively with ambiguity and resilience to deal with setbacks and challenges.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.
