Simply, Made to Measure 

  • You will support the eCommerce Manager in running the daily operations, especially managing our customer service and general administration. 

  • You will manage the daily operations for customers such as, preparing the samples packs, components packs and shipping operation. 

  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner. 

  • You will support the eCommerce Manager to implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 

  • Ensure that customer relationship management (CRM) systems are maintained and up-to-date 

  • You’ll identify local product improvements based on sales and customers opinions to bring these ideas to life 

  • You will support the team working with suppliers in daily operations

Qualifications & Skills 

  • University Degree or Last Year Student 

  • One year Experience is a plus  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English, Portuguese a plus 

  • Ease of speech. 

  • Nice on the phone. 

  • Resolutive capacity and future thinking. 

  • Detailed and curious. 

  • Organization, proactivity and good management of your own work. 

  • Work under pressure and the ability to multitask. 

  • Initiative. 

  • Willing to learn and try new things.
