Understand fully all the E2E and B2B Processes third parties, relevant Internal and External Stake Holders
Define and support the calendar  to support BAU activity 
Responsible for reviewing and influencing the Target Operating Model including:
  1. Understand and agree SLA’s signed off with the client
  2. Understand any KPI’s and how they are measured
  3. Define any alerting and dashboards aligned with our Alerting Standards requirements
  4. Responsible for  coordinating all:
  5. Deployment Management
  6. Incident Management
  7. Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
  8. Manage the Introduction to Service activities


  • 2 years experience in Payments, in depth experience of Spanish payment schemes.
  • Essential to a working knowledge of English
  • Desiarable to have an working knowledge of Monitoring tools and processes
  • Deirable to have a working knowledge of Incident Managment techniques
