Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated, results driven UX/QA expert that will help us to achieve the best possible e-commerce software quality across all markets.
Collaborating with designers, IT and marketing this is a role that will challenge you to push the organization's thinking in new and user-centric ways. Working hand-in-hand with the above-mentioned teams, you will be responsible for the overall UX and Quality of all our platforms.

Industex develops, markets and distributes innovative and exclusive consumer products are bestsellers in their respective categories, such as Health and Beauty, Fitness, and Household, marketed under well known brands. You will be part of our web department, who is currently growing and is present in many countries such as Spain, Italy, Portugal, UK, Australia, Japan, Holland, Germany…


Responsibilities:
-
User experience validation across all websites
- Test and ensure that all our ad links work correctly to meet intended business needs 
- Test that the checkouts and connection to our payment platforms are functioning properly
- Monitor that all our Newsletters are sent on the agreed day and make sure that our customer service team meets our service quality expectations
- Define and prepare a strategy to improve the quality of Landing Pages, Checkouts, Product Pages etc
- Identify areas of improvement and translate them into test cases 
-Provide usability and functionality feedback to developers
- Make recommendations for revisions or improvements based on your expertise and on client feedback 
- Initiate and monitor QA testing, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability



Requirements
-
Strong experience in software Quality Assurance test plan
- Experience in creating user stories and translate them into test cases
- Ensure development projects are delivered to production only after meeting rigorous quality assurance standards 

- Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills

- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to report and document clearly

- Experience in working with bug-tracking software

- Knowledge of programming languages

- Interest in testing industry trends

- Good English and Spanish skills
