Your Team: 

In this role you will work in close partnership with Enterprise Customer Success Managers. 

Your Role:

Seesaw is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Contractor to assist with outbound calls and email communication to connect with our customers regarding their upcoming contract expirations and related matters. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive cold outreach to active customers to help validate contact information and maintain contact hygiene in Salesforce
  • Meet key performance indicators aligned with Seesaw’s retention goals
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Manager teammates 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about a career in sales or account management in a high volume environment
  • Has experience conducting outbound calls and managing high volume of email communication
  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed 

Compensation 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.

The hourly rate for this position is: $17.30 - $20.55

This is a Non-Exempt position.
